8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
A time for organizing your booth on the exhibit hall floor and
making final arrangements for interviewing
10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Information Exchange/Interview Scheduling
Students and alumni will visit your booth to discuss their employment/internship
interests and, at your discretion, schedule interviews to be conducted
in the Interview Room.
10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Interviewing in Interview Room
If you are interested in interviewing candidates on the day of the Fair,
you may reserve an interview booth for $75 each. The interview area is
adjacent to the exhibit hall. The interview booth is a 6 X 6 both with a
table and two chairs. Please indicate on the registration
form how many interview tables you would like to reserve. If you already
have registered and would like to purchase an interview space, call 320.202.1831.
12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.
Luncheon (1st seating)
12:45 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Luncheon (2nd seating)
Join us for food and conversation. There are two seatings so that
you can keep your exhibit staffed throughout the luncheon. Two complimentary
luncheon tickets are included with the registration fee. Additional tickets
may be purchased at the Employer Registration Table until 10:30 a.m. the day
of the fair for $25 each.
