Booth and Fair Information

Exhibit Booth

  • Business fee - $600 ($700 after January 10)
  • Nonprofit fee - $200 ($300 after January 10)
  • Second booth fee - additional $250

The registration fee includes an 8 X 10 exhibit booth, a 6' draped table, two chairs, signage, and two lunch/refreshment tickets which includes a continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day. The registration deadline is January 23 to be included in student information.

Interview Table

A small table and 2 chairs may be reserved for $50 each. The interview area is in a separate room from the exhibit booths.

Lunch/Refreshment Tickets

A catered lunch will be provided for recruiters. Your registration includes 2 refreshment/lunch tickets. In addition, a hospitality room with refreshments will be available throughout the day. There are three 30 minute lunch seatings so that you may keep your exhibit staffed throughout the lunch (12:00 p.m., 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.. You can purchase additional lunches for $25 when you register onsite. You can order additional tickets up until 10:30 a.m. the day of the Fair.

Onsite Interviewing

Employers are asked to schedule 30-minute interviews on the half-hour. This will help both employers and students avoid conflicts in their schedules. You may schedule interviews at the Fair between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. if you have purchased an interview table or if you are interviewing at your booth.
