Booth and Fair Information

Exhibit Booth

  • Business fee - $600 ($700 after January 18)
  • Nonprofit fee - $200 ($300 after January 18)
  • Second booth fee - additional $250

The registration fee includes an 10 X 10 exhibit booth, a 6' table, two chairs, signage, and two lunch/refreshment tickets which includes a continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day. A second exhibit booth may be purchased. The registration deadline is February 1 to be included in student information.

Interview Table

A separate curtained 6 X 6 interview booth with a small table and 2 chairs may be reserved for $75 each. The interview area is in a separate room from the exhibit booths.


If you would like electricity in your booth the cost is $110.

If you do not prepay for electricity, you will be charged $120 if you order electricity or plug in the day of the Fair.


10’ X 10’ carpet rental for your booth is $105. The exhibit hall has a concrete floor.

Lunch/Refreshment Tickets

For your convenience, a catered luncheon will be provided for recruiters. Your registration includes 2 refreshment/lunch tickets. In addition, a hospitality room with refreshments will be available throughout the day. There are two seatings for lunch so that you may keep your exhibit staffed throughout the luncheon. You can purchase additional lunches for $25 when you register onsite. 1st Seating (12:00 to 12:45 p.m.) and 2nd Seating (12:45 to 1:30 p.m.). You can order additional tickets up until 10:30 a.m. the day of the Fair.

Onsite Interviewing

Employers are asked to schedule 30-minute interviews on the half-hour. This will help both employers and students avoid conflicts in their schedules. You may schedule interviews at the Fair between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. if you have purchased an interview table or between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. if you are interviewing at your booth.

Priority Networks is the exclusive provider of wired and wireless Internet and networking for the Minneapolis Convention Center (MCC).  Priority Networks has computer stations located in most of the MCC lobbies. Each station allows email access and basic internet browsing for a minimal hourly rate. Time may be purchased via credit card through a secured portal on each computer.
